Baked Chicken Leg

Chicken:

  • Preheat oven to 450.

  • Pat dry chicken legs with paper towel.

  • Season with rebel six seasoning of choice (we like mild wild bird) on both sides.

  • Spread 2 TBSP olive oil to baking sheet and put chicken on baking sheet skin side up.

  • Put baking sheet on top rack for 30min.

  • Once 30 min is up, remove from oven and brush on GLAZE.

  • Put chicken legs back in over for 6-8 min till glaze is crisp.

  • Chicken is done. ENJOY!!

Sauce/Glaze:

  • Add 2 oz jam of choice (we like apricot) to small pot.

  • Add 1 tsp mustard (Dijon).

  • Add 1 TBSP non-salted butter.

  • Add squeezed lemon juice about 2 quarters of one lemon.

  • Whisk ingredients together over medium heat for about 2 min.

 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Legs (2)

  • 2oz Jam

  • Rebel Six Rub

  • 1 lemon.

  • 2tsp mustard

  • 1TBSP butter

Broccoli:

  • Add broccoli into microwave bowl.

  • Add 1 TBSP water.

  • Cover with plastic wrap.

  • Microwave on high for 5 min.

Seasoning:

  • Add lemon 1tsp lemon zest into small mixing bowl.

  • Add 1TBSP butter into small mixing bowl.

  • Add Rebel Six Rub (we like Elk).

  • Add 1tsp chili flakes for heat (optional).

  • Cover and put in microwave for 20 seconds.

  • Mix and add to cooked broccoli.

  • Enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 16oz broccoli

  • 1TBSP non-salted butter

  • 1tsp lemon zest

  • Rebel Six Rub

  • 1tsp Chili Flakes.

Potatoes:

  • Wash and dry potatoes.

  • Preheat over to 450 degrees.

  • Cut up potatoes into thick wedges.

  • Toss onto baking sheet.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and your favorite rebel six rub (we like spicy whitetail).

  • Put baking sheet on middle rack.

  • Cook for 25 min.

  • Enjoy
